MW designed the chair that draws inspiration from postwar Scandinavian design – minimal, warm, and highly functional. The rounded soft forms, muted tones, and clarity in construction reflect the period's focus on comfort and honest manufacturing process.

The aim was to design a chair rooted in the postwar principles of design — simplicity, functionality, and a clear aesthetic — while incorporating contemporary materials and production methods. Inspired by the 1960s, a period marked by the rise of plastic in interior design and a shift toward softer, more refined forms, the result is an object that bridges the spirit of that era with the language of modern design.
